We have been to this location 4 times and each time the food is great and tasty. We live near the McDonald’s on flamingo/ Grand Canyon & forte Al have/ trop and we pass both of them to make the drive here because of how good tue food quality is each time. Yes, the wait time is long but you NEED to associate that with fresh food and fresh food takes time to happen.

I’ve been at this location only one time, and that one time was all I needed to know about it. It was late at night, around 3a.m, and I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches a drink and a 20 piece nugget for my girlfriend with drinks. The lady actually did suggestive selling, telling me if I added a double to my order the spicy’s would go from $1.89 to $1 each. I really appreciated the tip and so I did… So service was good (as good as it can be for the minimal interaction you have at the drive thru window with the workers other than just ordering your food lol) but the wait time wasn’t like the other mcdonalds. You do have to wait around 5 minutes compared to a grab and go ordeal that I’ve experienced at other locations but I can tell you that everything was piping hot and made with care, i’ve never had a $1 spicy chicken sandwich look just like it does in the ad before. Only at this location, highly recommend. Especially their grave shift workers!

Manager named Ariel if you get her you’re in trouble she is so rude. She cannot speak English. I’m not sure why she’s in the building. He’s very unhelpful to the customers To give Mr. Jacob, a Bing review is the least I can do because he has his hands filled over there the children in that neighborhood they seem to have no behavior, and yet whenever I go down, the staff is always present and friendly and Mr. Jacob is always very professional. Any deals with us. DoorDash is very nice every time I am gone that he has been a perfect professional and makes things go easier. I looked and saw that this McDonald’s had a very low review, but it’s not because of people like Mr. Jacob is because of the surroundings of the people to come into the store today. The kids was so bad that he went outside to talk to them and tell them to calm down and they were throwing things at him and he didn’t even get mad. He just told him to calm down. He’s very very patient. God bless you, Mr. Jacob.

this is usually me and my husbands go to mcd but recently everything has been horrible, the food the service everything. i don’t know if it’s just the difference between shifts because i have noticed it better at some parts of the day. anyways my drink from here is always messed up, i order a dr pepper every time and today i got a diet coke with the lid marked as a dr pepper. cold stale fries and chicken nuggets and my husband said his big mac was not up to par with what we usually get from this location. very disappointed as this is the only one close to me and hate driving out of the way when i’m craving mcd. the only thing that i got today that was decent/good was the grimace shake

This place is new so all is good so far. Food is good but I question temperatures on some of the sandwiches and fries. The drive through very busy but cashier maintains composure well with unpatient customers. I hope that your greeted properly upon arriving inside and through drive thru.

It’s a hit and miss with this mc donalds. Sometimes you get exactly what you ordered, other times can’t wat what you get they put to much sauce on the burgers mine are always special. Fries are usaual cold. The kid loves it though.

i never feel safe inside. i choose to go through the drive through only, there are a lot of young adults that like to hangout inside it is right by a high-school and a middle school. the food is okay just like the service but both have slipped. it was a lot nicer when it first opened up. the food was nice and everything felt clean. now its just a place i stop to grab something if i have not eaten and i need to grab food and its hot or i am depressed and want McDonald’s.

First and now the last time going to this McDonald’s location. Both of the Quarter Pounders with Cheese were cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted. The Chicken Nuggets were also cold. Seemed as if the food had been sitting for some time. I have never been to a McDonald’s with such poor food quality. On the other hand the fries were hot and fresh. This location is only about three months old. I was excited when it opened since it is the closest location to where I live. Hopefully improvements can be made because the location is great.
