Worst McDonald’s in the city, in my opinion. Sadly, its the only McDonald’s in our neighborhood. Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a McDonald’s. manger was confrontational.I don’t post this lightly as I have years of first hand experience. My question for the McDonald’s corporation is how do not do something? Honestly, the whole Friendly’s gas station has turned in to a toilet. I used to gas up there but not any more.

I don’t know why I still give this McDonald’s my business. Every time I go to this location I get frustrated. I believe the workers at this location need a lot more training on how to greet and talk to customers. Also I am usually ordering only for myself. It shouldn’t take 15+ minutes to prepare it. I don’t think I should have to pull ahead or park to wait for my order. Especially when it’s not very busy.

Prices go up and quality goes down. I stopped by for a McFlurry, and basically got a small vanilla ice cream with the McFlurry toppings. It wasn’t very full, and it wasn’t mixed at all. I’m tired of trying different locations and getting the same thing, which isn’t what a McFlurry is supposed to be. Reporting the McFlurry doesn’t change the standard, they just send a coupon. I don’t want a discount next time, I want my order done correctly next time.

So we ordered a quarter pounder through the drive thru. What we received was a regular hamburger patty smashed extremely thin and then put on a regular hamburger bun. Stale chicken nuggets and for some reason they never seem to get the dipping suace right. Then we were asked to pull forward and wait. For what? Sub-par service and messed up order?

This is the most unorganized store. I dont know if the manager in there is new but man they can not get one order accurate and they refuse to serve the customers that have had enough. I was there waiting on a 40pc a happy meal amd 2 cones…i was brought 2 fries and a 40pcs. Theynever offered any one any amount of apologies that had issues with their order. I suggest that we ban this resturant as a community and realize the customer is vital to their jobs!
