Same as any other McDonald’s… Which is good! Convinient (let’s you order on a touch screen), fast and friendly! Tough spot due to location but this McDs is kept clean and large inside area to eat, study, etc. Bathrooms are available to customers. There is a playground.

The food was great, the service was great. The only thing that I didn’t like about it was the fact that it gets crowded super fast. So eating on the inside for me (personally) was an issue. I’m claustrophobic lol I don’t have time for that. If you haven’t already, try their strawberry smoothies. Its absolutely delicious!

I was finishing up my dinner inside when the security guy turned off all the lights. I walked toward him with my bag of left over food and asked if I can finish my food and he said no and I dropped my bag of food and walked out. He grabbed the bag of food and threw it at me as I was walking away outside. I then pulled out my phone to record him as he was cursing me out and flipping me off. I just continued to record him while Im outside and he is inside and then he pulls out his pepper spray and shoots me with it. Im currently waiting for police to arrive to make an official report.

The person who took our order at the drive through window told us to pull up to the 2nd pick up window. Once we did the same person said we were supposed to go the first one. How are we supposed to read his mind? That’s the only issue. I understand they were super busy and could only take cash at the moment but why even tell us to pull up to the window with no register? It makes no sense. If he hadn’t said anything we would’ve just pulled up to the first window. From getting in line to leaving with our food, it took 40 minutes.

All of the menu televisions were smashed and off. There was no menu visible at the counter. This is no fault of the staff and the employees are very receptive. It’s unfortunate they have to work in this environment. Transients we’re sitting in the dining room and the odor was so bad I could not finish my food. Security guard was hiding by the restrooms talking on his phone. What a shame, not the same Los Angeles that I grew up in.
