I give this establishment NO stars at all, I come through here often and find that the employees seem to be screaming at you because they don’t understand English. It’s already hard to come in as the beggars greet you at the door. They don’t answer the phone and act as if you are bothering them when you ask questions well today Crystal was not very but EXTREMELY Rude and when I asked for the franchise owners info, email or 800 number she turned her back to me and walked away. I definitely would suggest finding another McDonalds to spend your money and one with better customer service and not allowing Crystal and her bad attitude to ruin the day especially when if there are no customers there is no hours.

Ordered large fries on 7/22/23 and got containers a little over half full.didnt get napkins. Young man at register didnt say a word a handed the receipt. Young man at pick up window didnt say a word,didnt offer condiments and handed the bag of food.going accross the street to jack in the box next time.

Look if you black especially in thebla area south la area, watts, whatever please don’t ever eat at this McDonald’s they are the most racist people to black Americans people you will meet. All their employees are Latino or white they may have two black employees but even they are sacred of them because if they speak up for us they will lose they job. This is the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever went to. I don’t normally complain and it was my first time going there! (This is my first review)I was the only car in the line so they probably most likely gave me the food that was left over thats why the fries were soggy and there was a piece of wrapper in my burger!! I could’ve choked on that!! That wouldn’t have been good for both me and that mcdonalds. I don’t know if the cook was lazy and just because I was the only customer in line they didn’t care but oh yes it does matter because they can get fired they wouldn’t want that I don’t know if they don’t want to work there no more but guys if you go to this mcdonalds make sure you check your food !! Please do! They also forgot to add something in my order i couldn’t tell at that time because i went at night i was in a rush because it was dark and late! Make sure you guys check your bags please everything was cramped in the bag i wanted to believe everything was in there because i was the only car but i guess i expected to much im dissapointed and I felt so disgusted I wasted money I wanted to give some food to my little brothers and sisters because they deserved it since they went to school all week but this experience just ended up horrible and not make us enjoy our food. It’s horrible it made my night bad. I’ve been getting food from here, and it has been alright, but then one time I had a mobile order and for some reason the payment did not go through on the card, so they told me to pull around to the take out parking spot, I waited, and eventually after sitting there for a long time I went inside and asked what happened. The lady said she did not know and I asked for the manager who said they did not receive the payment for the order, so I offered to pay at the register and she said that it was impossible, so I offered to order it again and she said I couldn’t. Long story short, I ate at jack in the box that day.

If i can give no stars I would. I ordered my breakfast with an iced caramel coffee and when I drank my drink I got this nasty chunk of god knows what in my mouth and turns out my whole drink had it at the bottom I’m so grossed out. Never will I come here again.
