It’s McDonald’s, I personally do not like their food, but the grandkids love the Happy meals, but the chicken nuggets taste like cardboard, the cheeseburger’s are dry, the only thing I like is the Fries, but the drive thru line is always busy, so what can I say.

I had the absolute worst experience here. They made a mistake on my order and tried to upcharge me for a mistake they made, then the female behind the counter had the audacity to argue with me about it and had the worst attitude making me feel bad for coming in politely to ask for my order to be fixed. I’m completely dumbfounded at how terrible customer service is these days, very unfortunate.

4th times a charm. They continue to get my orders wrong and everytime have not given me the condiments I’ve asked for when ordered. (Ranch for happy meal nuggets, syrup, butter, etc for breakfast platter, utensils also weren’t given for the platter which would’ve been useful since we had just moved and didn’t know where ours were yet). The workers are friendly but man, we were disappointed and ended up eating dry nuggets without ranch and breakfast platter with our hands. Not going to this location again, they weren’t even busy the times I did go…

Exceptional customer service! Young lady working the front greeted every customer with kindness, including myself. All while assisting the other workers in the back between customers in the lobby. Loved watching her work 🙂

It’s 50/50 at best that you get your food at the drive thru window. More times then I care to remember I’ve been told to go wait in the parking lot (fries only). This particular McDonald’s is run very poorly and it never seems to get better. But it’s just a fast food joint so it is what it is…. UPDATE 3/12/23 this place is just RIDICULOUS now. Rarely do you get your food at drive thru window, most times your told to pull forward and wait. After this happens you’ll be there at least 10 mins because they have forgotten about you and they already have your money. DO NOT GO TO MCDONALD’S ON SOLEDAD CYN…… It’s the WORST RUN McDonald’s I’ve ever came across.

I should have known better because I stopped eating at McDonald’s years ago. Against my better judgement, I ordered 2, Quarter Pounder burgers only to receive both that were way oversalted and undercooked for the price of $16. It’s obvious that the cook should not be making burgers but management is also out to lunch at this place.
