The staff must have read my last 2 reviews. They’ve decided to revert back to form. I know ketchup is made from tomatoes, but it’s not the same. They just have to get something wrong each time. Totally worth it to drive further to get better service and food. Top 10 worst McDonald’s.

This McDonald’s is the absolute worst! I live right by it and gave it sooo many chances. It failed me every time. The food is either old or pounds of ketchup that oozes through the wrapper. Filet fish tasted like rubber. This place is nasty! You would think it would have some kind of quality standard since it’s in such a nice area. But I guess they let the kids that run it, have no quality standards. Chino hills McDonald’s=gross

They got my order wrong. Repeated it right but when I got home saw it was wrong on the wrapper and inside the burger which they repeated back correctly was ketchup only. The burger had only a pickle slice with the wrapper saying no ketchup. Definitely had an unhappy child.

If you go here, only use the drive thru. Service inside is terrible! You can only use the kiosk. I said I wanted my food “for here” and it was bagged to go without the drink. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while the employees ignored me and other customers who were calling out to them before I got my coffee and could leave.

Food is always good, of course. But the service is really bad. They’re overwhelmed, and they can’t keep up with the pace. Either they are understaffed or just lack training. We always get the wrong order or mis numbered order. We wait too long that I have to get up there to ask if my order of 2 mcmuffin sandwiches was ready after noticing the people who ordered with larger orders, after me were getting theirs ahead of us.
