I go to McDonald’s pretty frequently but had never been to this location before – and what a mistake going there turned out to be. I’ve never had an issue or incident of any kinda at a McDonald’s before but this was a frustrating and TERRIBLE experience. The rude employee who I interacted with whose name is “Diana” (or maybe “Deanna” has an extremely odd and condescending tone and demeanor. It’s kinda like she has a chip on her shoulder and likes to play word games and deliberately antagonize to cause you frustration. And I can’t help but wonder if “Diana” or “Deana” is behaving in a discriminatory way because it SURE FELT LIKE IT. “Diana” or “Deana” should be terminated by McDonald’s management immediately before causing them some real problems that they will have to deal with on court. I will NEVER go to this McDonald’s again.

Way understaffed, place wasn’t clean. Touch table tablets not working. Lines take forever, one worker couldn’t understand English. Workers walk past you as you wait for help. The bacon chicken was real small and over cooked very very dark. Fries were over cooked. Horrible food & service! Kfc chicken sandwich meal is cheaper, bigger wayyyyy better!

They should be ashamed of the disgusting food & service they provided my family. Their phone number is disconnected on here. The number on the receipt leads to an answering machine they say they will answer within 24 hrs, which does nothing if you’re hungry and unable to eat the food they gave you today. The cheese was old and crusty, the fish was hard and old, and they just smothered it in tarter sauce and gave it to a customer as if that was acceptable. They messed up my daughter’s order as well. I will never go to this location or any other location owned by lecornu enterprises again. The only thing that stupid number on the receipt did for me was let me know all the locations I will now boycott moving forward, so in that sense it is an effective resource to know how to avoid bad service. I wish I didn’t have to give 1 star just to leave this review.

dude every single time I get breakfast or dinner here they ALWAYS forget either the hashbrows or the fries. Its a meal… how do you forget the hasbrowns or fries? I’m tired of driving ALL the way back just to get hashbrowns or fries. I’ve talked to the manager but it just keeps happening! on top of that the frappe machine is broke here more often than not. I will literally drive out of my way from now on and just go to the one on Avocado just to get better service.
