Tonight was an awful experience, I & my children were expecting a nice warm meal from Good Ole Mcds but instead we got cheeseburgers plain as can be with no cheese or anything else for that matter just meat and the bun, Oh and did I mention they’re was a third patty that was only half of it. While my children were excited for their Happy Meals which they could not enjoy nor eat because their Fries were wayy to Salty,Soggy & Oily! I couldn’t even give them their drinks (choc milk) because they were expired ! They didn’t even give me a receipt so I can’t even take the food back.. I’ve tried calling the store but it seems no one bothers to answer. Very disappointed considering we were the only ones in drive thru too which should have gave them plenty of time to prep fresh food I wouldn’t have minded waiting for something I paid for.

Parking is split up into 2 sides and is a bit small. The drive thru traffic traverse through the parking lot. There are a separate mobile order parking. Restrooms are open. Self serve fountain drinks, napkins and straws. Ample seating inside the clean and odor free dining room that is kept cool in August. No outdoor seating.

Somehow my burgers get squished and mutilated before they get to me. Third time this meal has come this way from this particular store. AM service is professional yet PM service is this…it’s pathetic that there’s such a stark difference depending on the time of day you go get fast food…I’d understand if it was a fresh seafood place or bakery but come on…they also completely ignore you if you go in to order (kiosk is apparently expected by staff)…some businesses in Fallbrook only give good service during rushes and then forget about customers or are rude to them if they come at a different time. This location is one of those locations.

The deluxe quarter pounder combo meal I ordered today at the Drive-up window was the worst burger and fries I have ever tried to eat. The burger was tasteless and tomato had a weird taste, which I removed. The med fries were cold and did not fill the box. I have not gone to McDonalds in years and will not go again to the Fallbrook McDonalds.

I go for a cheese burger no onions no pickles. Label says cheese burger no onion no pickles and has said things, u literally have to just NOT put it on the burger when ur makimg it. this thw the 3rd time in a row. Not to mention that they’ve forgotten 4 burgers total from orders. Only found out after I got home to eat them to realize said thing. And their fries have been awful they used to be best in town now hands down worst do t bother. I been a constant customer but it’s safe to say I will avoid buying from them in fallbrook. Not to mention they made me wait for the order I stated earlier while 3 cars got their order before me ,the food was cold

8/7 Edit: Just got my DoorDash delivery order including 20pc nugs, missing sauces once again. Don’t ask me for sauces if you’re not gonna include them. Taking back the one star of grace I was giving them for being small town franchise location that handles a lot of business… but I’m tired of ordering delivery and having to drive to get it.
