I rate this particular location a four because it’s inside Walmart and extremely busy also on this particular day the kiosk was not in sync with the locations inventory therefore I was denied a caramel frappe and a spicy chicken sandwich (out of stock). My advice is to order at the counter and not use the kiosk if you’re going to the Walmart McDonald’s in lemon Grove. One last note the double cheeseburger was a little dry.
