I went to McDonald’s inside the D’s Hotel. It was Thursday or Friday night after 10:00 pm. There were several black ladies and one white lady working that night. I didn’t get the name of the one black lady that was using many expletives on the customer. Many guests were sitting and couldn’t hear their number being called. After a while, they would come up to inquire about their order. The smallish black lady said that she didn’t give an f if the orders got cold because they did not come when she called their number. She used the f-word in many different ways. There were at least 20 guests there during that time.

Went here August 20 around 9:45 am and it seems they are not training the kids working there well when it comes to the menu. I ordered a McGriddle sandwich which come with sausage, folded egg, and cheese on a pancake bun. The guy taking the order didn’t seem to know that and asked if we wanted egg on it. My husband was giving the order and was confused. So he said yes. I said I want it how it comes! Then the worker asked what kind of egg did we want on it, the round or folded egg? My husband being confused said round. Well when we got it, it had the round egg and sausage but no cheese. And we were charged almost $3 dollar’s for the egg! What a rip off! Had I giving the order this would not have happened because I would have corrected the worker. My husband wouldn’t even listen to me. So I didn’t bother going in and complaining. But I wanted to let this Mcdonalds know for others.

A Ok
Bathrooms used to be clean at this location…but that seems not to be a priority anymore. The price of a cup of coffee somehow rivals that of Starbucks now and they are not shy to tell everyone that there are no refills. It’s posted on makeshift signs everywhere. Everyone there seems like they are annoyed that you even came in. Haven’t been to this location in about 4 years before the pandemic…but i can see that this place has definitely gone down hill. Need better ownership!

Morning manager lady has really bad attitude with customers very poor customer service skills. She treats the workers so poorly that the atmosphere was very down, no smiles every one really quiet. Manager was very very rude. I felt bad for the workers.

My fries are never fresh. The burgers aren’t cold but not warm. 97% not hot or fresh. Even if you complain the mangers don’t care if you spent $20 on one meal that isn’t hot or fresh. I recommend people to look elsewhere for food. The chicken nuggets are even worse. Not fresh but some how dried out and cold. They need to be inspected by corporate McDonald’s. I have gotten sick a few times after I gave them chances hoping they trained their people right. Nope. And all that food down the toliet. Don’t eat here no matter how much they try to smooth things over on reviews. They won’t fix it.

Staff were very friendly and attentive to our order, which I should emphasize was quite complicated. We found out at the window that their system was down so they also had to write it all down on paper, but they still managed to get everything correct.
