Shout out to my bf who always makes my meals fresh. Night crew always great. I may or may not be writing this out of love for their cookies and cream pies. I’ve had iced coffee at other McDonalds, but this location is the first time I’ve questioned to myself whether the machine gets cleaned because the taste was off. The chicken sandwich was ok, and while I’ve seen comments about cold food, I’m just thankful my tongue wasn’t burnt like another location. Lastly, while I don’t mind a ~10 minute wait for service/food, my party was not amused at how it’s not fast food.

Do not go here unless youvwant trash food. Got fish filets and they were hard as rock. The cheese was hard plastic. Total waste of money, time and still hungry. It does not pay off to support these places thatcserve expired food. They refuse a refund and want to give you a coupon for more trash food. McDonald’s in Madison is owned by the same owner. Avoid these trash food places. They want a receipt and the trash food for a refund. Like I have time to waste.

managers here treat their employees horrible. always yelling and snapping specifically “laura” i don’t usually go inside but when i do she’s there and she’s always rude to her employees, wasn’t even wearing a name tag i had to ask somebody else for her name. food is always good though and the regular crew members are always sweet.

They messed up my drive thru order 3 times. I repeated what I ordered to the food runner and she said yep all good! Proceeded to check and it was not my order at all. Redid my order and it was still missing some food.
