As you can see from the photos I have uploaded this McDonald’s has drastically taken a turn for the downhill I have been told that the men’s bathroom is closed because there’s a big mess in there and they didn’t want to clean it. This is not a top-notch wonderful place to be at and just all-around good time as you can see just now not So Much Anymore it has become one of the dirtiest fast food restaurants I’ve ever seen in my life and I have managed a few of them myself fast food restaurants that is anyway I’m here McDonald’s I live and I hope everybody had much better experience here and we have had here tonight thank you very much have a great merry Christmas

Sat at the Drive through for several minutes nobody answered drove up to the Pj window no one was there. Drove up to the receiving window and the gentleman at that window was very kind and said did anyone help you and I said no and I was waiting for a while so he took my order there. Heard the manager and another person in the background cussing while I’m sitting at the takeout window. Just super poor service with exception of the gentleman who helped me at the final window

Should be zero stars. The restaurant on Margarita in Temecula is totally mismanaged, out of control chaos for over a month. The wait for drive thru can be 25 min, yet going indoors is chaotically worse. Not on person inside knew what they were doing, no one was at a register as they were running into each other turning in actual circles. Sunday about 1pm I went inside due to long line, 5 people were waiting for orders over 20 min. Two men asked for money back, one lady was waiting 15 min only to be told her order was given to another guest shed have to wait.

Anna maybe you need some training too and not just your trainee, dnt used GOD as an escape for your unprofessionalism, learn how to talk to your employee the right way and be a model to your trainee and dont get mad if your trainee wants to go home since shes been 30 mins overtime instead explain it to them the nature of work.
