This McDonald’s establishment is remarkably unclean, in my opinion. It appears as though the employees may be overburdened or there could be serious internal issues. The employees seem disinclined to clean anything, and it’s not uncommon for customers to receive incorrect or incomplete orders. Since my family and I visit this location nearly every week, I have noticed that the kids’ play area is often quite noisy due to children playing and shouting. Additionally, you’ll need to request basics like straws and napkins, and not all of the staff members are particularly friendly.

My husband asked for well-done fries, and they weren’t well done. He asked to be charged for 2 big mac sauces, and the lady only gave us one. She then claimed that there were two servings of sauces in the one container, and when my husband asked for another container, he reached out his hand to grab it and the lady put it on the counter. How disrespectful. It makes me sad that most restaurants no longer provide great customer service anymore.

It’s McDonald’s, the only difference between stores is if the service is bad and the servicer was actually very good in the Drive-Thru. And the food was cooked and the order was made correctly so I was happy. Not ecstatic so that’s why it’s four stars but still it’s McDonald’s so you know how it is.

I forgot to ask for no onions. And the cashier said are you sure because they get mad at me if I didn’t put it with the order. I couldn’t believe. No accommodation. Then when she went to go tell the manager the manager told the cook and the cook asked why. Manager told her she didn’t do it. The cashier said she didn’t do it. So I yelled out I did it. The manager brought me my food and said I’m glad you said something g because the cook gets mad.
