I’ve lived in Ventura a .majority of my life and often visit this and the other locations here in Ventura and they all have very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant, professional staff. No matter the time of day/night they all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and it shows thru the array of beautiful smiles and positive attitudes!! Bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. I can honestly say nothing bad or even anything that needs to improve! Great job guys keep it up!!!!

Still the best Diet Coke anywhere in the universe and the same at every location. This local McDs has gone back to plastic cups which is a serious bummer. I was feeling much better about not consuming as much plastic and just reusing a metal straw. Please ditch the plastic!!

My order was good but the lobby was a bit of a mess and one of the employees was sitting out there on there phone instead of cleaning it up. I understand if you are busy and unable to clean right away but if you have time to sit then you have time to wipe down tables and chairs. I watch several people come in and search for clean place to sit. This is just not ok.

I took my sweet little chicken little daughter to get one of them happy meals, and let me tell you the situation was not good . What was in her cute little happy meal was NOT cute or happy . I thought she was getting 8 of them chicken nugget things, but they gave us 7 instead!! I am truly infuriated and wish to speak to the employee who did this immediately!!!!! . My sweet little chicken little girl was on the floor crying and throwing a fit. I couldn’t leave my sweet little McKenzie like that . Yall should know that when my little sugar plum is crying, something must be done and someone has to face the consequences to their actions !! I would like a refund and 10 of them happy meal for free .

This is probably the best Mcd in the Ventura area. Yes it is a smaller Mcd then the other locations but the customer service and food is better than the other locations. The parking lot is small and very narrow so it can be challenging to navigate, especially when the drive thru line goes out to the street.

The manager some Asian lady was rude as hell especially to her workers… I was appalled by the way she spoke to her employees.. very unprofessional and made me feel bad for employees as a customer… I wouldn’t work for her if they paid me 1,000 dollars an hour… I’m sure she has to do with the 3.6 rating and if want to fix it fix that
