The people that work there are great they’re friendly but their service leaves much to be desired. I think they need a new manager in there that actually knows how to run a place like that

The service doesn’t even deserve one star! This location racially profiled me and accused me of stealing the order even after we showed receipt. ANISSA and NORMA then gave it to someone in the drive thru and talked poorly about me to other employees as I was standing there. VERY unprofessional over something that was so small. They treated me like absolute garbage. I have contacted corporate and filed a complaint. When will the hate and discrimination end?

The food is what I would expect from a McDonald’s. Well made, hot (for hot items), and the drive-thru at THIS location is fairly fast when compared to locations in Oxnard, Port Hueneme and Ventura. I’m in and out in less than five minutes, and that’s even when I’m behind 5 other cars in the morning.

I didn’t go in, or through the drive through. I waited in the car while someone else ran in to order. I can’t get the app to work on my phone, I’ve been trying for a few months, but no success. I’ve also sent a few emails, but no luck. We did get our food pretty quickly, but, the French fries were cold.
