We all know that it must suck to work at McDonald’s so this review is not directed at the entry level staff at this location. Customer service and competency is lacking at this location because they obviously don’t pay enough to get adequate performance out of their employees. Pay your employees better, make them proud to work there and customer satisfaction will reflect that and you will attract repeat customers.

Huge line no help but cleared it after noticing us. Hopefully we can get faster service here. Customer came back with food made wrong and all waiting for one drink literally sitting. There’s also someone else sitting here waiting for their drink also. They need to really get better customer service. So sad the drink machine is taken out. The new remodel needs matching workers.

Food was out to me super quick and it was all obviously fresh! Our order was takeout and I just checked real briefly to make sure there were at least some condiments before heading to the car, since so often anymore there isn’t. When I checked more thoroughly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only were all the condiments there, they had given us extra. This might not seem like a big deal to some but when u order nuggets often and 7/10 times there is no sauce, even when they’ve assured you there is or you’ve even paid for it, it becomes a big thing. Anyways, great experience at this McDonald’s!

The workers have no respect for anyone. I sat at the speaker for over 10min and when they did take my order they were very rude. Then sat in the line for over 20 min and when I asked for a refund they if I could 0 stars I would this is a horrible location never go there and when I made a comment about how long it took the manager just looked at me. Get a better manger and employees and stop hiring minors.

I’m sure not the only one I understand the new work force today and fast food they deserve every penny and then some per hour it stressful fast pace for sure but I do recommend a new training for service and efficient 40 minute wait for a 10 piece nugget and large drink I’m sure they forgot my order anyhow its almost always this location .. again they deserve thier pay … butt…….

Kylie was my Drive thru server. She is the best. It was 10 minutes or so from closing but she was friendly, helpful and patient with me as I tried to get my order straight and her smile was genuine. I strongly believe in Customer Service and this young lady had it in Spades. I will go back to see her again.
