They run a ghost ship here. We’ve been here over an hour and no one’s cleaned dirty tables or made sure there’s room in the trash cans. Good thing there’s robot kiosks to save on hiring more employees!

The new location wasn’t busy at all. The order was taken correctly. We notified a worker about the ants through out the lobby from food that had been sitting there for a while. Received the order wrong order. I asked to get it corrected then the worker almost passed the burger I had returned off to a drive thru order until he saw me looking. The ants and food in the lobby weren’t being cleaned up despite the location having no one in there. Save yourself the time and drive to in n out!

I think that this team deserves recognition, I’ve been here plenty of times and have always received good customer service. These reviews are based on mostly dine-in experiences. Unfortunately, drive-thru takes priority over dining in/take out, but people need to take that up with corporate and not the employees there because they don’t make the rules. I’m sure that if it was up to them, they’d have a good amount of people working, but it doesn’t work like that. Hours are based on sales, they’re fairly new, cut them some slack!

Consecutive days with bad service. Day 1 assumed I was done with my order. Day 2 had me sitting curbside for 20 minutes and never came out with my mobile order. Staff sometimes doesn’t even attend you upfront. Will tell you to just use kiosk.

I used to work fast food, I know it’s living hell. But I called in a small online order and felt extremely ignored waiting inside for 15 minutes while they let my food get cold and continued to talk. For future reference, at least acknowledge the folks waiting inside.

Absolutely no customer service. Why even install registers? Also if something is beeping deal with it and turn off the alarm. This is likely why the biscuits and fries are over cooked!

3rd time ordering and they screwed up each time. This time they filled my large fry less than half way and my 20 piece was only 19 nuggets. It is ridiculous.
