We came here on a hot day to have the kids play in the play area and to have lunch but it was not pleasant for adults. The play area was so dirty. One would think management would prioritize this area since kids tend to be messy but it seemed as if no cleaning had been done all day or the previous day. There was food and trash on the floor and the garbage was overflowing. Finally an employee changed the garbage bag but made no attempt to clean up the floors or wipe down the tables.

If i could give -5 stars I Would. Horrible, 2nd time in a row. I had to go in ask about my order. It wasn’t a complicated order. 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 fries. Asked to go to stall 1 at 9:50pm July 20 2023, gave me my order after having to go in at 10:20pm. Last time they couldn’t even make 3 mcflurries and 1 sundae right. This night crew is horrible. They cleared the drive through line and still was able to miss my order. Employees came out multiple time asking me what my order was, might as well have gone in to order. But they might also mess that up.

By far the poorest customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. Every time I come in here, the people working are extremely rude, and that includes managers. People will literally stand at the register waiting for someone to help them in any way, and many get frustrated enough to just walk out. For someone like me, who is doing door dash, it is unbelievable that the almost the entire staff at a place can be so disrespectful to both paying as well as non paying customers and still be in business.
