Unfortunately this was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I have ever had in my life. I felt bad for the staff because I know that they were understaffed, and obviously very much in the weeds while I was there with the orders that were needing to be processed while I was there. They have adopted the new kiosk system for ordering and I had already placed my order and paid for it or I would have asked for a refund and just gone on with my day without any food or drink from McDonalds. As it was they limped together a couple of items I had ordered for me to take and I just wrote off the other items that they were not able to deliver to me. Hopefully they get the kinks worked out with the new kiosk system, and hopefully they can have a little bit more labor in the kitchen to accommodate the business.

I ordered a Shamrock Shake at the drive thru the day they were supposed to come out. As I’m looking at the Shamrock Shake sign, they tell me they don’t have that. I pointed out the problem with that statement and the server corrected and said they hadn’t gotten the mix for the shakes. I drive to another McDonald’s, they had Shamrock Shakes, got one but it was so thin I had to put it in the freezer for over an hour to get it to firm up a bit. Not the best experience.

Newly remodeled, so the place looks clean, very busy drive thru so I wouldn’t suggest sitting in unless you’re using the kids play area… the food was given correctly but the fries were warm, not hot.. so I asked them for fresh ones, they gladly without hesitating replaced the fries
