It’s a McDonald’s. Had a horrible experience with the staff that just entirely ignored the customers. I called the customer service line that is posted on their windows and receipts and it turns out, they do nothing! I was told they would tell the Manager/owner I had an issue and it’s up to them whether they want to call me back or not (they didnt). It’s owned by the franchise so I asked for the corporate number and she didn’t have it. She told me to look it up. So, first avoid this McDonald’s, second no matter which McDonald’s you go to, if you have an issue, dont bother calling the customer service number because it’s just a joke. It services no purpose.

Consistently have you pull around and park in a crowded parking lot / most time the spot that they tell you to park is already preoccupied with another vehicle waiting just like you than it’s normally a 20+ min wait to get cold food / if you ask why they are making you pull around when no one is behind you the say it’s because of a timer / poor customer service overwhelmed staff

They don’t let paying customers use the restroom, I would suggest to go to another McDonald’s. I had my little one that was hungry and needed to use the restroom badly so we bought food here and to my surprise customers can’t use the restroom so my poor son had to wait a little bit longer. If I would of know they don’t let there customers use the restroom I would of avoided this place. Come on guys other locations bathrooms are open why are you still denying customers access.
