On my first visit they lost my order or gave it to someone else and then tried to refuse to make it again untill I showed them that I had just paid them out of my debit card. The second visit I was charged for a drink that was supposed to be free through rewards points and the points were subtracted. They did however eventually return the cost in cash. The third visit they had a broken grill and everyone inside was very upset. I think I’ll choose a different location next time.
