I ordered a couple of customized Big Macs. I’m not a fan of onions on a burger. I asked for heavy mayonnaise. I do wish that there was a way to request that both buns would come with sauce. I don’t know how it was decided by some fast food restaurants that one bun will always be served dry. I’m not sure if McDonald’s is one of those restaurants that does a lone dry bun. I’m not complaining. I just wish I knew. The cashier was new. She said it was her fifth day. She was very nice & helpful. Easy to talk to. My meal was very good. I haven’t been able to download the app, however. When I enter my email address, the app always informs me that my email address isn’t valid. It doesn’t matter which way I try to do it. It never works. I’ve deleted the app & reinstalled it several times, sans luck. Could someone please help me?

Ordered the quarter pounder deluxe meal to go. Got home and they gave me some kind of chicken sandwich! Went all the way back to get what I paid for and they put mayo on the quarter pounder and so much ketchup the whole thing was a MESS! While I was waiting for them to remake my order this kid got his order and they didn’t give him everything he paid for. This was NOT the fault of the girl that took the order. SHE got it right. The people making the orders are screwing up! This is the fourth time they’ve messed up my order and I’m done with that place!
