I ordered McGriddle for breakfast and they gave me a McBiscuit sandwich wrapped in McGriddle paper! I only found out when I got home and felt tricked. If you don’t have McGriddle just let me know and give me a refund, why did you pack a different sandwich in MacGriddle paper and give me the impression that this is the one I ordered!

The people here not only don’t know how to listen but they don’t know how to do the simplest of jobs put food in a wrapper. Look at my picture I gave you these are the sizes of tiny french fries and look nothing like the picture and look nothing like the proper amount of fries that are supposed to be in these by weight both these containers have got half the fries if they’re supposed to. While there I told the person that I wanted to get a simple meal Fry’s chicken nuggets and a drink and he provided me with a drink and chicken nuggets. When I went out to the car I realized what happened and my drink cup was 2/3 full and I was missing my fries and was never charged for him. I had to go back in get a refund and reorder again. These people are poorly trained and I will not be going back to this McDonald’s when I brought this up to the manager he didn’t seem to care.
