There’s a new girl there that claims to be a manager but is very rude. Charges $1 for additional sauces, won’t help customers and then is rude when she has to help you. The true manager is wonderful but she’s not there when this is happening. Hopefully they catch on soon.

Horrible service, I waited ten minutes at the register for help. The lady (which I didn’t know was the manager) sees me but doesn’t give me eye contact. Walks back and forth giving order out and even has time to chit chat with a friend/food delivery person. Until I ask for service and she tells me to go to the self service, which I tell her I only have cash. Until I ask for the manager she states she’s the manager. She refused to give me her name. So I snap a photo of her. Even when I walked out a customer states, that was bad service of them as she seen me stand there for 10 minutes.

Worst drive thru – they do not listen to requests. Upon correction, you get a salty attitude, and if you try to go back and get it fixed you will be waiting for an incredibly long time.

We told the restaurant that one of us had a severe sesame allergy and could they please give us Big Macs with sesame-free buns. Other places are fine with this. The first order on 2/5 came out with sesame and we told them. Then the second redo order had sesame again. We gave up! It was like they wanted to kill us. We’ve called corporate office and the local restaurant for a full refund and nothing. If you tell a restaurant you have a live threatening food allergy either you say you can’t accommodate or you deliver the correct order. Other fast food and McDonald’s have given us buns without sesame. Who knows what’s wrong here. It’s just terrible.
