I went to eat at this place. I self order in the machine at the place. Once I paid the machineasked me for my table number, and it said my order would be delivered to my table. They didn’t deliver the order to my table, and when I asked the employees, they were rude and laughed about it. Then they said they didn’t know why the machine showed that on the screen and kept laughing. Also the place was dirty and the bathrooms were not clean.

Horrible they gave me food that the car in front of me opened the bag touch everything unwrapped items then realized it was not the food they ordered. They gave it back to mc Donald’s employee’s who then they gave it to me. I told asked them politely to make me fresh due to what happened with the order. I told them the issue was recorded on my dash camera . They then said they remade it. All they did was put in different bag I told them. They can’t remake a whole order in 10 seconds. They refused to refund me until after I got McDonald’s franchise headquarters on the phone and let them listen to the employees/ manager.
