ok girl i wish i could give negative stars for service i’m sorry….. this lady was super duper rude. she worked today (friday, june 23rd) around 8am and seemed to be the manager/shift lead. she was so extremely rude and tried to scam me out of a $3 cone and snatched a bag out of my hands 🙁 usually bad service doesn’t really upset me but if she’s reading this i’d like to tell her to treat everyone with kindness and respect because you never know what they may be going through. if i didn’t take my anti depressants this morning i may be dead after my interactions with you, who knows! also the address was an angel number so i expected good things 🙁

If I’m making a review, then you know it’s bad. Just had the worst experience at this location. Ordered a breakfast meal with 3 menu items and it took 40 minutes to get my food. That’s not a typo, I really stood at that counter for 40 minutes. They switched to lunch while I was waiting and probably filled about 20 orders of people who came after me. I was patient and polite, but the person who gave me my food was very rude (like it was my fault) and stole my receipt so I can’t make a proper complaint now. Avoid this location – not worth it at all.

I ordered my food at 5:57pm. I sat down and waited for my food. Ate some chocolate as I waited. Since I have worked in food business for 5 years, I waited for 15min because that is a typical time for where I worked and still, no food. I also didn’t want to go up and complain because I know how it is with annoying customers. Anyways, I went up to get my food and the lady tells me that I waited too long for my food and was probably suspicious because I came up to late. She claimed it was ordered like 25 minutes ago when it was only 15. The cashier then said that he gave me my food and I told him that no he didn’t. He clearly gave it to someone else. I am not sure how since I watched him working the cash register the whole time. Very disappointing. They probably think I lied to get more food. They need better organization. Giving out food to the wrong people is a silly mistake.

Life is frustrating, and I feel like McDonalds always aims to make it just a bit worse. I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar which I recieved but i also asked if the woman behind the counter could simply add a pump of french vanilla flavor to it. She acted like i had made the most outlandish request she had ever heard saying that they didnt have that flavor, I looked behind the counter and there was a bottle clearly visible. I then pointed at the flavoring and asked if she could add a pump at which point she said she thought I meant the little individual servings, regardless of what had happened previously I thought the situation had been rectified and that I would be walking away with a regular coffee with cream sugar and a pump of vanilla. At this point the woman said “ok” and handed me my cup with no flavoring. I knew I would not be able to communicate to this sentient human that I would like her to simply press a handle down to add a flavor to my cup and walked off dejected, oh well.

This McD’s is inside Walmart, so it’s kind of a pain, unless you have shopping to do while you are there. I have a sensitive palett and I can tell when the fryer oil is old, depending on how quickly I have to use the restroom after eating them. This time, it was only minutes.
