Good Mood
Ordered on the screen, they didn’t bring us 2 coffees we ordered. Had to ask for sugar, paid for it, and waited 30 minutes. Don’t know how long it takes to fill a cup with sugar but not 30 minutes. Ruined my mood and appetite.

7/22/23…645pm..placed order through app at this location. Debit card charged already just to be told there are no orders under my name. They ask for an order number which I cannot retrieve because of a malfunctioning mcdonalds app. Manager refused to honor my order and issue a refund even AFTER admitting they have had problems with app orders all week. What a joke.

I just went today at drive thru.i wait for 30 minutes at my order caramel frap they just say need to wait at parking lot for 3 minutes. Ill have worked too. you guys to tell us if somthing wrong on your machine! Ill just go ang forget about that caramel frap and get back my money cause me a time and my day going to work 🙁

BAD SERVICE. I MADE AN ONLINE ORDER AND PICK UP VIA DRIVE THRU. SINCE MY ORDERS ARE NOT YET READY THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT IN PARKING LOT 1 AND THEY WILL BRING MY ORDERS. SINCE I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY ORDERS IN THIS REASTAURANT I DID NOT ASK FOR MY RECEIPT. BAD DECISION. MY ORDER CAME 10 MINS LATE W/O MY DRINK. I WAS TOLD TO TALK TO THEIR MANAGER INSIDE BUT TOLD THEM I CANT BEC OF MY DOG. WE CHECKED THE MC DO APP AND IT SHOWS MY ORDER WITH THE COKE! THEN THEY CAME OUT AGAIN WITHOUT THE MANAGER AND TOLD ME THAT THEY RAN OUT OF COKE SO I SAID OK MAKE IT SPRITE. I THOUGHT IT OK ALREADY BUT GUESS WHAT I STILL HAVE TO TALK TO THE MANAGER INSIDE! Happy they are open. However this trend of ignoring the customer because there is a machine to take the order is getting old. After realizing my order wasn’t going to be taken right away I spent about 3 minutes on the machine only to finally be greeted by a employee after my order was completed and even then it was only to tell me he would be with me in a minute. If they don’t want you to talk to the employees just remove them completely but I guess they already started doing that. No reciept from the machine no one around to ask for a receipt, no one knew what my order was, and a too go order with no straw or napkins. Thanks guys.

I have never seen a McDonald’s this bad. Store dining area and lobby were great. I can say that because I waited 10 for someone to come to the counter. I ended up using the self order Kiosk. The crew that was work/playing in the back forgot where they were. I am a Marine, and I heard more F-bombs in 10mins then ever. After 15mins I got my food which had no taste what so ever. There was a family eating in the dining area, the Dad was looking like what are they doing back there. Most unprofessional McDonald’s I have ever seen.
