Prices are way too high and service is just ok. The fries are sometimes way too salty as well as the burgers, and the burgers are a bit on the greasy side sometimes. The bathrooms have a weird smell all the time.

This location is okay, I’m not a fan of the lackadaisical demeanor and tone. Just because you work at McDonald’s doesn’t mean you have to live up to the fast food employee stereotype. Aside from that my order was wrong and missing food as well. My husband and I got home and then he told me it was my fault however it is not my job, so now my marriage is suffering worse than it was. Thank you for a not so wonderful experience.

I made a mobile order for pick up at counter, I go to the counter and ask the manager for an order under my name and the order number, she “looks” for it and says that she doesn’t have an order with that name or number. I double check to make sure it’s at the right location, it was. She checks with a guy and he says he doesn’t have it either. She said “i think the wifis down” I ask if I should just order again and she says yes, I reorder and I’m looking at where the door dash orders sit and I see my order, before the order comes out I ask for a refund on the order I just made because I no longer need it. She then says she cannot refund it because it wasn’t her mistake. Then I asked how can I be charged for the same order twice since my “mobile order didn’t come through” and she just shrugged her shoulders and kept saying “I don’t know”. All I wanted was to cancel an order that was not yet made because she lied saying orders are not coming through due to the “wifi being down”. On top of that she charged for an extra sandwich I didn’t ask for when I had to reorder.

I went here today and the rude woman at the register first over charged me after arguing with me, she told me that I had to ask if I wanted sausage with my pancakes and I said I did when I ordered it! She said I must do it again! Then she made sure to not give me ANY butter or syrup, or anything else! Order #52 at 7:42 am. It doesn’t give a name on my receipt which she also didn’t want to give to me after I asked for it but it does say KS# 15. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF THE STORE MANAGER WOULD CALL ME BACK TO GIVE ME THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF MONEY BACK! NOW LET’S HOPE I HAVE SYRUP AT HOME! JERKS!

Usually as expected. Don’t like that when you go through the drive through they almost always ask you to go park and wait so that in their system it looks like they have completed the order. All the McDonalds now have a screen showing how efficient they are to neighboring McDonalds.
