Bad services ,can’t get your order wright and speaking Spanish so you can’t understand them ,I do speak it a little but ,other people that workes there does not .Bad communication between employees and customers.They din’t even apologized for screwing up my order twice in the row .Burger King is just down the road. The quality of the Quarter Pounder has dropped significantly. The hamburger meat was smaller, and the bun has changed. I was also shocked at the increase in price. But the staff is very friendly.

Food was good (what you would expect for McD’s) hash browns came out after food (almost forgotten) but bathrooms were less than stellar. Both stalls in the women’s restroom were completely out of toilet paper. Tough, we were just passing through the area on our way to the redwoods. Parking is critical for us when we are hauling our camper. If they step up their game (and cut out all the shop talk… the kid manager thinks very highly of himself and let’s the teen staff know it) this could be a decent McD’s.

For the 3rd time now this McDonald’s has served me a RAW/BLEEDING Quater Pounder and everytime I call they act like it’s a new/recent problem and ask if I want to come back for a replacement..how can you trust a place that hasn’t rectified the issue three times in a row. Will not be eating here anymore and have contacted the main branch of McDonald’s to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
