The app let me pick dine in even though their lobby was closed. Fine, I’ll go through the drive thru. I ordered two McDoubles with extra onions and pickles. I get home and discover I got two single burgers with no onions or pickles. The tags attached had the correct order, so there’s really no excuse why they were wrong.

This place holds heart for me and floods my mind with memories of people and moments in time that can only be brought back to life with places like this. Tried the new mobile ordering app. It was easy to place but order was not ready for delivery upon arrival. This location recently was remodeled inside and has nice furnishings. It has two of the new self order kiosks, but it doesn’t save you time, just saves them labor. This location is open late and a convenient location. BUT..Food quality, assembly, and customer service score VERY poorly here. Have had incorrect orders, burnt dry burger patties, and shorted items. This was how my quarter pounder deluxe and fries were served… then how they were repaired. They should have offered replaced, not just slap on the missing lotus and mayo. Fries were then cold. Check your order before you drive away!

This McDonald’s is always very dirty in the parking lot and drive through, there are a lot of homeless people that hang around there and no fault of the employees but they also only come out to clean when they first open in the morning. The drive thru employees are not friendly at all.

I went to McDonald’s because I read online that I could get cash back with my purchase. Unfortunately, that is not an option at this location. I checked with the cashier who double checked with the supervisor on duty & cash back was not possible. They were both very nice & extremely polite, so I was just a little disappointed.

Every time I’ve been there, I go through the drive thru and I order, and there won’t be many other cars, but I’m asked to park and have to wait 10-15 minutes for them to bring it out. Never have this problem at other McDonald’s, so not going to this one anymore.

Tried one of their better chicken sandwiches and was very disappointed. It was tasteless and very dry . Will never get one of them again. I read an article that their chicken nuggets are less than 50 percent chicken the rest is breading and fat. So I won’t be getting any of those either.
