Drive through took way long. The person taking our order kept asking us to repeat our order. It was still wrong. We had to have them remake it and other parts of our order were still wrong. They didn’t give us forks (which we needed for our order) or napkins. Avoid this MvDonalds at all costs. Just complete disarray and chaos.

Today marks the second occasion where I paid for the deluxe quarter with cheese, but that’s not what I received. Last time, I received just a regular quarter pounder. This time, it was covered in extra mayo, but missing the tomatoes and lettuce. Also I paid extra for sauce, but received none.

There is always an issue redeeming McDonald’s app points through the Drive Thru at this location. The workers often blame it on their system not working properly after they ask me to drive up to the pay window. Then the worker suggest an alternative solution that I could just pay for the item instead. Lol. What’s the point in having this app and redeeming items if this occurs frequently?

Out of all the times I’ve been to McDonald’s this has got to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. The wait time was excruciating long and after spending $30 on food for me and my family when they got the food in exited the drive-through line it was all cold I’m talking everything was cold and the fries tasted like they were literally sitting out for probably days When I don’t see how that’s possible because they were so busy, so wouldn’t they be making fresh fries constantly for each person? I didn’t understand I didn’t even bother to go back either. I just sort of myself. I would never go to this location again or anywhere else around it. Didn’t even touch the food when I got home by the way nor me and my entire family I decided to cook some thing instead so I guess that’s the only good that came out of this entire experience

Standard McDonald’s with quick service and regular McD offerings. Only reason I can’t give it a full 5 stars is because the employees always seem to be in a bad mood. With a smile on my face, I thank them for my food and tell them to have a good day and 9 out of 10 times they just close the drive-thru window and don’t acknowledge me lol.
