If I could give negative I would. Whoever the manager and staff are working at 7:40 PM 7/15/23 need to be fired. I just had to DoorDash THREE TIMES to get my order correct. The first time they gave me my drinks, but no food. The second time they gave me part of my food, but not all of it. How do you screw up 3 orders in less than an hour TO THE SAME PERSON!!!! Awful.

The order got messed up and when I went in they basically blamed me. Saying I needed to confirm the order when she was repeating everything I said, said I should have confirmed the screen but she was taking multiple orders and said pull forward and the screen was still adjusting. The person who “helped” me needs a lesson in customer service. NEVER blame the customer and give them attitude when your employees messed up.. I waited for my cook to order meal for 15 minutes just for it to be wrong. Her response ‘well you did order it cook to order” lady, it takes 3 minutes every other time are you joking me… RUDE! I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Ordered via drive thru. Food looked great and fresh. Fries were very hot and straight out of the fryer. The guy working the drive thru window was about as intelligent as Frankensteins monster. He never heard of Equal or the term artificial sweetners. He tried to hand me a couple of salt packets claiming they were artificial sweetners. He wouldnt even ask his manager for help. I didnt have much time so unsweetened iced tea it was.

Used to think this one was the best one in Chico until my time was wasted over 3 McChickens. I ordered 2 and used a reward to redeem a third and instead of just correcting order giving me 3, the manager comes to the window to explain to me that I don’t get the third sandwich because it was deleted, however I already redeemed the points and my app showed that. She wouldn’t give me my order so I asked for a refund and stated this was a big waste of my time, when she responded that I’m a waste of time. The dude that is usually managing there is super chill and would of fixed the problem, instead of throwing gasoline on the situation. I’ll be back, I have door dashes to do too lol. Survey completed and gonna go to another one hopefully for better service

This is not the McDonald’s of years ago with $1.00 Big Macs and cheap combo meals. However, it you use their app, and take advantage of the specials, it is OK. The crew that works here is friendly and the place is always clean.

Always messed up orders! Wasted my money for wrongly made order and choosing to go there, so make sure CHECK your orders before you leave the drive thru or if you’re inside ordering! My time and money are usually worth it at the one at Connor Ave.
