If you just want fast food this isn’t the place and if your looking for real food this isn’t the place. The new renovation just took out the person taking your order so if you want to talk to anyone now about your order because it’s still not up after 30 mins well just wait until there is an order sitting there for a while it might be your. Whatever happened to training employees to be proficient like in the 80’s when they could serve you under 60 secs or it was free. Anybody else remember that? I guess that’s what cutting costs does until you can’t function without replacing employees with machines. But I am happy they have jobs and are doing their best to serve you. And here’s my Big Mack with I guess all the crumbs or they switched potatoes or something anyway that was probably our last trip.

Ordered on mobile app options for pick up is counter or drive thru. Opted for counter pick up because drive thru always has a long line. Got to McDonald Eleele and doors are closed sign says drive thru only. There is no mention of that via the app. Didnt know what to do. Saw an employee mopping I knocked and she just told me no. I then called and they said they will meet me at the door. So confusing. They really need to get their customer service in check

Mcdonald in eleele is really terrible.. from there online time being not up to date in enough on ther hours, to there app is always gliching when trying to make an online order, and there line to wait in the drive thru is terrible moves super slow for some place called fast food really isn’t fast at all, and as you been waiting in the line for over 20mins they wanna cut the line short and tel in hand motion that they closing supposedly due to no more products… fast food not this place at all….

I placed a large order and it was taking them a long time to prepare just to put that into perspective I already gobbled up 2 large coke cups and they weren’t, I needed to use the restroom badly after knocking down 2 coke cups back to back but when I asked the employee roxanne to let me use the restroom she refused to let me use it, I had to go to the kids play ground take cover and take care of business thankfully no one saw me.

They open at 4:30 AM, which is by far the earliest time you can get coffee in the area. However, today they didn’t open until 4:40 AM, and then gave me a very bad– tasting coffee. I’m glad I felt prompted to ask for two cream: if I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have been able to drink it.
