Conveniently located inside of Pearl City Walmart. This store/branch offers its own discount on certain items and I respect that. There are places to “park” your shopping cart as well. A less-than-a-dollar-ice-cream-cone was offered when I went there.

7/29/2021 Popped in to pick up lunch for my fiance. If you walk in instead of using the drive-thru, there’s only one door that’s used for entering. It’s the door closest to the drive-thru. I was greeted immediately and the dining area was empty with only 4 people sitting at a table. The Quarter Pounder with cheese meal was made quickly. A difference during this pandemic is that an employee makes your drink for you rather than you making it yourself. When you leave you need to use the other door that’s facing the parking lot to Food and Farms. All in all, good service and consistent food!

Drive thru usually are pleasant but this time it was not. I felt rush to order, the lady literally was yelling when i cancelled my fries and ordered apple pie instead . She gave me my order total and i wasnt done giving her my orders. Cahier was a short thin filipino lady she was quick and seems like she didnt want to be there. I asked for extra napking and extra ketchup and she replues “i already put in bag” then walks away. I was like wow! Really. ??z

Pretty much my go to McDonald’s because it’s in a good location for me. Foodland, Longs, Walmart, Sam’s Club Gasoline, one area shopping place! When they have the RIGHT person at the drive thru window, traffic runs nice & smooth. It can be pretty horrendous when Foodland customers are affected. So watch your window person, they are your saving grace, just observing when I’m at McDonald’s longer than necessary it’s who takes the order, get it right the first time, everybody is happy! That’s talking from experience, no matter what, there are two McDonald’s I would never go, because they never cease to amaze me getting the order wrong!

Fairly small order with one customized burger took way longer than it should have AND got everything wrong. The customized burger was incorrect and the other burger was also partially missing toppings, but not the ones ordered off the custom burger. They included only one pack of fries for 2 value meals.

One of the few locations inside a Walmart that seems to be ran with some kind of decent management. The food was served up hot and on a timely manner, and unlike most locations inside a Walmart, the lobby was very clean.

Soda fountains had no carbonation. A customer told the cashier and she didnt do anything about it. I went and mentioned it as well. Another guy told a different employee again after I did. The manager was too busy talking and standing around. We waited almost 20 minutes to get our drinks. This place is failing miserably.

They give out faded out receipts that you can’t even read. If you placed your order on a credit card and want the receipt for your records, or want to do the “buy one and get one free” survey…forget it. When I asked for a darker printed receipt, I was told that it was the machine. So why the heck don’t they get a new machine. When I asked them to rewrite the information I needed on a piece of paper…lo and behold they couldn’t even read it themselves. Bunch if bozos.
