We had been exploring the North Shore on Oahu and got hungry. Stopped at a familiar place. Parking is a little tricky if you don’t want to use the drive-thru. Inside, you are required to order off of the kiosk to order. When you order, you are required to input a table number. I couldn’t locate any, and none of the staff was available. I waited at the counter. The staff was focused on taking and preparing orders for the drive-thru. Eventually, our order was placed on the counter, and I retrieved it. The food was good if you like McDonald’s. I wouldn’t say the staff was not nice, just not the friendliest. Overall, a solid 3.5.

Quick and easy stop for dessert. The enchanted lake McDonald’s always seems to be on their game. Never been disappointed with service here. Update: this location doesn’t have Wi-Fi and it’s in a cell phone blind spot. This makes it difficult to order ahead on the app because when you get here their system doesn’t recognize that you’re actually here. Also the air conditioning has been out for nearly a year now. Great people, poor management. I would recommend finding another place if you’re looking to use the app and have a quick bite or pick up.

Just stopped in to use the washrooms and get a hot coffee and ice coffee for my wife. When we walked in the door there was a strong odor in the seating area. Both Male and female washrooms could use a Proper cleaning as they stunk too and needs replacement of some items. The fellow taking the seemed to have problems trying to figure out McDonald’s serves. Our 2 drinks came out to $2.91. I gave the order take $3.10 to avoid getting 9 cents in change. He could not figure out how to give 10 cents back! We grabbed our drinks and left. As we started driving down the road my wife said she got ice tea instead of her ice coffee. My coffee was luke warm. Won’t be stopping in here anymore.
