I come here after work in the morning sometimes since I work nights. With that being said, there are times when I just want to buy something and eat it then go home and shower and sleep coz I’m too tired. Breakfast here is always good and served hot. But I noticed dinner or late night when we come here, you’re lucky if your food is hot. I’ve been here countless times at night. My fries are always stale and not even hot. My filet-o-fish is cold and it’s like they slabbed half a bottle of mayo in it. Twice, I didn’t get my apple pie. Another time I ordered a hazelnut ice coffee and got caramel. I can go on and on but I’ll stop here. I don’t go here anymore even if it’s only up the road where I live. Other than what I ranted about, most of the staff are friendly.

The fries are always hot and most of time filled to the top, the timing for the food to be served varies on how many people are in the driveway and ordering take out. And the self service kiosks are usually in order but beware to have options if they don’t work because they aren’t reliable and if you use coupons on the app and use it at the kiosk be careful because it sometimes glitches and won’t let you log in. Overall love this one, it’s convient and local in my area great for hangouts and eating.

They make the best french fries and their breakfast sandwiches are so delicious. When I was working in Waikiki I would eat there several times during the week. I always ordered the grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing or the south west grilled chicken salad. Unfortunately they took it off of their menu when COVID started. I’m hoping that they will bring it back.

I ordered breakfast this morning. I drove from Mililani to drop my daughter at school. Ran to this McDonald’s for breakfast. I ordered an Egg Mcmuffin with egg and cheese no ham as well as 2 hash browns and 1 hotcake. The Egg Mcmuffin was just and English muffin. Nothing on it. I was missing the 2 hash Browns. I called the manager and she told me it’s my own fault. I didn’t order what I asked for. That I should have asked for an egg mcmuffin not in English muffin even though I said an English muffin with cheese and egg and no ham on it. Ohhh by the way ,its even wrapped in an English muffin wrapper! I asked the manager for her name. She refused to give it to me and hung up on me 2 times. Really great service. Not even offering to come back and make it right! Nothing! I believe she took the order as well thats why she would not give me her name. Absolutely pathetic for a manager! Shouldn’t be a manager! Should be fired
