Bad service, every time we order food and we come home always missing something. I call the manager, not even apologize, she says come back we give it to you. Ya, like I will drive and go back to pick up the items? I tell her please train your crew to check it before handle it to customers, she just listen, even not saying ok sir, will try to be more careful.

Ordered a plain sundae to be brought to a table through the app after a long bike ride. Waited 30 minutes and did not get the sundae. Finally went to the counter to ask for it and told the lady I’ve been waiting a half hour at my table for a plain Sundae. She made it really quick and handed it to me with no apology or offer to remedy my frustration. Will never be back at this location this is ridiculous. Order #1648 placed at 5:24pm and received at 5:55pm after walking to the counter to ask where it was. I used to work at McDonald’s so I know my expectations are reasonable.

Much better now that they’ve renovated. There’s a relaxed atmosphere and the server was pleasant. Maybe people don’t know that the restaurant reopened or we got there at 5 on a Saturday, but it was not crazy busy like it can be.

When I was at the salt lake McDonald they all were not wearing name tags also when one of the managers was ask for help the manager seamed like she was didn’t want to work and didn’t want to be bothered and hind the whole time

They’ve gotten my orders wrong many times. It normally doesn’t bother me. But when I get a mcteri and get no mcteri sauce, something is wrong. I mean I don’t expect much but damn quality of workers is real bad now. And then when I call to let them know. Worker gets super defensive. 0 customer service
