I must say that the place is cleaner and in a pristine condition than most McDonald’s on the main land (US). Fast service and their breakfast menus are also better. You also have a great view of few USS Destroyers.

Wow, the crew that worked during 4th of July was amazing. The friendliness, the quickness, just the overall vibe of this crew was amazing considering how busy this place was. The food was nice and hot and prob best McDonald’s ever. Thank you for being so awesome on 4th of July! This establishment only uses the kiosk to take your order which seems like it just takes forever. The food was standard McDonald’s fare. The staff looked like they were overworked but it was 8:00 in the morning on a Tuesday on a military installation so pretty much par for the course.

If you go during the day time its just like any other McDonald’s. I, however, tried to go at 10, and they had the doors locked, and no one would answer the drive-through despite posted hours being that they close at 11. And people were present inside.

I have been to this McDonalds restaurant dozens of times over a past two decades. I always enjoy the friendly atmosphere and fantastic service. Maybe this is because the McDonalds is location on the Navy Base, but regardless, it’s always clean and available to all the hard working folks on the base. Overall, this is BEST McDonalds location in Oahu in my opinion. Highly recommended!

Drive thru was closed and they were trying to force people to use the electronic kiosks to order. The kiosk was clearly not intuitive enough because people struggled to place their order. They should just have taken orders at the counter or have people use their phones versus a kiosk so you don’t have to wait for others if you know what you want.
