Only complaint I have is constantly my order is wrong and missing items so I go without even getting it fixed cause food is hardly hot and everyone know how that food does not sit well if not eat when hot. Need work on getting food orders right. I stopped going cause of this and hope that gets better. Also I don’t get why I am asked to pull forward in a wait spot when there is not anyone else in drive thru repeatedly

Today the crew at McD’s got the order wrong. Not the end of the world. Don’t think they ever did. Finally brought out the rest of the order and as I was driving away I see they forgot the straw! (I think McD’s has the best straws in the fast food industry. They are made out of plastic and larger in diameter than any other FF restaurant I know about.) So they forgot the straw, I just reached into the door alcove and pulled out an extra one I had saved, just for such an occasion. 🙂

This is not my normal McDonald’s location. I’m from out of town and thought that I would stop for a bite to eat and redeem my birthday cinnamon roll reward. When I went into the store and showed my QR code to place my order, I was told it would be $2.75 I said no it’s free because it’s for my birthday reward. He said no it’s for points only. I said no so, then the manager came over backed me out of the QR code that was on my screen and had him type in another code to place my order however, my Big Mac meal wasn’t on there so when I ordered it it wasn’t added to my reward points so there went 1000 points down the drain and on top of that my French fries were cold. Pretty disappointed. ☹️. I Feel cheated outta $10 and 1000 reward points.

Just left this McDonald’s. The manager Esmeralda showed favoritism to her friend Ubi. allowed her friends family to play on toys that had been closed since 7pm. Then when I asked if my children could play for a few minutes, Esmeralda kicked her friends out. Gave an excuse that she never saw them in the play area. When I heard Esmeralda & her friend chatting , kids asked in Spanish if they could play and no one rejected including the manager Esmeralda & the rest of the staff at this location. It definitely was NOT their first time playing after hours.

Ordered our food in the drive through, and was given one drink at the window. The girl at the window told us to pull forward and didn’t even look at us and shut the window. We sat for 25 minutes in spot one while 13 other cars were given their food and left before we had received ours. When we got the food it was also barely warm.. we did not receive an apology but just handed the food with a “here”. Before this second girl walked away abruptly.
