The food I ordered was atrocious. The burger was sideways in the bag, leaking out and all fallen apart. The milkshake was completely liquid and didn’t come with a straw. One of the dipping sauces was missing. All the food was cold despite being ordered 10 minutes prior to it getting to my door.

I was pleased the lobby was actually open today, because usually it is closed for no apparent reason. Staffing I suppose. Today really tweaked me. I ordered on the huge tablet and tried to add add a cup of water……nope….not available…..so I finished my order and when they called me, I picked up my order and asked for a cup for water. The employee informed me that a cup for water was 25 cents. I was kind of shocked because I had actually paid for my meal as the people that had no homes that were hanging out in the establishment had not even purchased anything but were actively refilling their own vessels at the soda fountain machines! Good food. Bad service for paying customers! I won’t be back!
