Clean, efficiently operated, and easily accessible from the nearby thoroughfare, this particular location is a trusty go to for a quick snack or a small meal. I’ve been using the self-service kiosk for ordering, and the one time the McDonald’s app failed to work with the “frequent fryer” loyalty program, the folks behind the counter were quite helpful in getting things sorted. There may be a tendency for people to think of fast food joints as the second class citizens of the restaurant world, but I’d like to recognize and appreciate consistent service and product regardless of the scale of the business in question.

The people working at this McDonald’s can’t ever seem to make a coffee the way I want it. And before you go thinking I’m ordering something complex, it’s just a hot coffee with one creamer and 5 sugars. I bet most of you reading this review could do that with their eyes closed. Hell, I’ve been making coffee that way since I was EIGHT FREAKING YEARS OLD!!! So maybe if a grown adult can’t manage something an 8 year old can do, maybe you deserve minimum wage.

We go here often and always a mistake going. We ordered our food, they forgot 1 milkshake. We told them and they just said we had to buy again, we got 2 large fries as we didn’t want a full meal. We ended up with someone else’s order, which I cannot eat due to food sensitivity. So we drove back and refused us our order and we had to buy all new food again. Its so common this place forgets food or doesn’t even give you it.

Could not successfully place a mobile order to pick up and pay for at the window. Fries were hot but seemed old and weren’t salty enough. We were shorted dipping sauces for our McNuggets. Modifications to our burgers weren’t done right. Most of the dessert menu was unavailable. And since when are Iced Sweet Teas $1.39 instead of $1????

The service was horrible here. They were not rude or mean, but it shouldn’t take 10 minutes to get your food at a fast food joint. Food is pretty much standard across the board, so there no complaints in that regard. I even noticed the drive thru orders took forever too. Watched a few cars sit for minutes at the wait area for long periods of time for their order. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Hit the drive thru close to 11pm. JUST wanted a soda. Not sure if they were butchering the cow or beheading the chicken but car in frong of me was at the window waiting for 17 mins!! Notna large order either. All I saw was 1 water and 1 small bag handed out. My gawd why is this drive thru so insanely slow at this location ?

Quite literally took 10 minutes for the employees to even come to the speaker to take our order. Got our order wrong multiple times even as we corrected them. The drive-thru line was VERY slow even though there was two drive-thru areas to order food. Made our drinks with others to the point where you can taste coffee grounds in our smoothies. Would have forgotten our fries if we hadn’t reminded them. Wouldn’t come again.
