My hubby’s latte was dine right & good. Small caramel frappe was good. I had ordered med cold brew frappe since I saw that y’day for first time on app & wanted to try out. Unfortunately it wasn’t available at this location & they offered my either a refund or any other drink so had to change it to med mocha frappe which was good & acc to my instructions.

I had an unfortunate experience. I ordered on the app for a drive thru pick up. Upon my arrival I saw the line was long and I decided to go in to pick the order up instead. There was one person in line inside. I waited about 3-5 mins before I got to the cashiers counter. I told her that I had a code and before I could tell her I was initially going to pick it up in the drive thru she begins to say “ I don’t have a mobile order listed.” while she’s walking away. She walks to the back and comes back with a receipt and says to me. “You’re supposed to be in the drive thru line.” She placed a drink on the counter and I begin to pick it up. When I realized it wasn’t my drink I put it on the counter and apologized to the customer it actually belonged to and as she (cashier) was walking up with my order she blurted out “oh my God YOU HAVE THE CARAMEL ONE!” It was such an uncalled for response and extremely unprofessional for her to scold the customer on an honest mistake.

Came in to get breakfast and ordered the same thing I’ve ordered for multiple months now. New worker had a really snotty attitude as soon as we pulled up and clearly did not know what we were asking for. He got very agitated at us and was beinv very rude when we tried to explain it. ☹️

Habitually now for the duration of my family going to McDonald’s… There is one drive thru worker who habitually has a bad attitude. It’s very off putting and I’ve tried exhibiting patience and grace thinking oh, maybe she’s overwhelmed, oh maybe she cannot reach out the window when handing food, blahddy blah. The food gets forcefully shoved towards you as soon as the window opens. No words, really exaggerated frown. So today I ordered three large fountain drinks and she has them held strategically in both hands then forcefully launches them at my face. I was very caught off guard and asked, “Uhm can you hand them to me two at a time?” She mumbled a snotty remark under her breath. I said, “This is one arm reaching for three drinks”. Like what the heck. No drink carrier offer either? Believe it or not you have to be nice to the customers when being the face of the business.

I don’t eat out much, but when I do I like to hit up the McDonald’s in my neighborhood of Silverton. The service here is always excellent and whether I walk-in or hit the drive-thru, the staff here are always friendly and professional so I give them all an A+++.

Arrived at 10:45. Waited 20+ minutes leaving after 11:07, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS wait time for a “fast food” place cashiers were really unpleasant. Never again. I coulda went to a restaurant to wait if I wanted to wait that long.
