Possibly one of the worst managed McDonald’s in the state. Regularly takes 10 to 15 minutes to get your food. The only reason anyone eats at McDonald’s is because they want it fast, and they can’t deliver. Drive up is super slow, they only take to go orders inside, always out of lids for drinks, straws usually forget the napkins in the bag. Faster and better to drive up to Coburg.

Yet again my 16 year old has been stood up on this job at McDonald’s by Dom the dist manager after I received a call this week from the McDonald’s office manager, Susan and was assured that Dom would be reaching out to my daughter for sure this time by Friday to get her in to orientation by Saturday yet again Dom didn’t call all week standing my 16 year old up again. I am very frustrated with this and with Dom and with the office manager I spoke to because nobody is holding up to their word I no longer want my daughter to work with this company as they’ve proven over the last month and a half since she was interviewed and hired that they are not dependable, I’d love a call back from the actual owner so that we can discuss a few things

Wow, This place is literally the worst and there management is SO DISRESPECTFUL. I do not believe the customer is ALWAYS right. But I do expect to get what I paid for or I want a refund so I can take my money elsewhere. I’m a frequent customer and there manager Dom’s rude demeanor and judgmental behavior is the reason they lost some good customers today… JUST WOW. Mine wont be dining here anymore….

Get the new look. The location is great, and we enjoy the drive thru for ordering. Always busy and carefully with cars from all directions. It has been several times that we got wrong orders. for example: I want french fries and I got spirits or sweet and sour sauce but ended up honey mustard.
