1 ordering kiosk was down causing a ba klog of customers waiting to use it for.mbile deals and rewards. When it gets busy, the staff becomes overwhelmed. We were done eating in restaurant while people right behine us in line were still waitings for their orders. Requested light salt on fries and received normal salt on them. I have medical issues pertaining to sodium and could not finishing eating the fries.

Coped An attitude when I wanted to order. Their time management skills. Are lack thereof. Short staff are not? You should be ready for people to order lunch at lunch. Refuse to serve me after I wanted. Order lunch. I did get a little irritated with that but again short staffed or not don’t need to have an attitude with me.

Sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes today. There was no reason given for waiting that long. As always, no napkins were included with my meal. The girl that handed me my food was annoyed to be there and just handed me the bag and closed the window. Not a place I would recommend.
