Doesn’t take much to see how dry it is. Ordered 2 fish sandwiches and had to wait 15 minutes for 1 and it came out cold. Maybe the Acarregui family should spend a little money on training. Oh wait, it was a little, needs to be more. Don’t blame the kids.

Our experience left us feeling disappointed. We acknowledge that it’s fast food and have adjusted our expectations accordingly. However, when we were informed that fresh chicken for our daughter’s sandwich would cause a delay in our order, we didn’t anticipate the rest of the order being prepared and left waiting while the chicken sandwich was being made. As a result, two out of three meals were served cold. Even the fries lacked freshness and were only slightly warmer than room temperature.

We were disappointed.. we understand it’s fast food. However, when you tell me that you are dropping fresh chicken for my daughter’s sandwich and our order will be delayed, we don’t expect the rest of the order to be made and left sitting there waiting for the chicken sandwich. Today, I visited the store and ordered my usual caramel iced coffee. As I entered, I typically felt content, looking forward to my visit. However, the store was bustling with customers, so a lady had to step away from the front to assist in the back. Meanwhile, an older gentleman began shouting, disregarding the fact that the store was filled with people. I found this display to be highly unprofessional. If it was necessary to communicate with his coworkers, he should have discreetly pulled them aside rather than publicly embarrassing them.

No one ever acknowledged me… Was there for at least 10 minutes before I decided to just order from the kiosk. When they finally gave me my order… They made my frappe drink wrong. I don’t understand why they ask how we want our drinks or food if they aren’t going to bother reading the order ticket. I will never go back to that McDonald’s again. I could understand if they were so busy that it took awhile to take my order.. but to NEVER acknowledge me at all… That’s just rude & unacceptable to me. I was raised with family in the food & retail business. That’s just NOT something you do. Even if your busy you should at least welcome your customers & let them know it might take awhile.

Went in today got a caramel iced coffee normally happy when I come in. They were busy so a lady went to the back to help and the older gentleman proceeded to yell while the store is full of people. How unprofessional if you need to talk to ur coworkers pull them aside not be little them in front of everyone.

It’s actually unfortunate how bad this McDonalds is. Which is so odd because the staff usually seem so nice, but they can’t cook items from frozen to warm enough to eat? fries are constantly cold, or only filled 1/4-1/2 of the fry box full. I asked for extra pickles on my burger and got 3 pickles. On a double patty/cheese burger. When my son gets milk with his kids meal it’s always either expired/expiring the next day. Often times don’t get diet sodas when I ask(I check using a diabetic reader.) It’s just sad, being as one of 3 “fast” food in the area and it’s a pretty garbage place 87% of the time.

At 1:00 this afternoon, we purchased cheeseburgers, dbl cheeseburgers, chicken sand and nuggets, fries. Everything was good. However, they had no gogurt or chic milk and forgot the toy in the happy meal.
