Placed a mobile order at around 950 pm and brought the food home to eat. One of the nugget boxes had a pimple patch at the bottom. It seems intentional, or there are very, very unsanitary practices in the kitchen. In addition, I have ordered twice before at this location and both times I received an incorrect order.

Good was over cooked, hash browns were just too crispy almost no white potato. The sausage McMuffin was put together haphazardly falling apart. The muffin was overcooked on the edges and the cheese wasn’t even melted on the sausage. The lady that takes the money didn’t look at me. Didn’t offer me a receipt. This McDonald’s is seriously the worst McDonald’s in our area. They get orders wrong all the time, always delays where you have to park and wait, I can tell that it’s not the fault of the staff, there’s something else going on here where it’s always new people and it’s always getting screwed up. My last four trips here have either resulted in huge delays or my order gettiny messed up. And I mean really messed up sometimes.

Arrived at 10:02m on a Friday(3/17) night ordered within 2 mins of arrival. Ordered 2 items and was waiting until 10:47pm. Left without my order. Restaurant claimed they were understaffed, but there were 7 employees working 5 doing nothing but taking orders and/or standing around. 1 not working and only 1 making orders in the kitchen. Management needs to get involved/engaged at this location. Very disappointed.

I don’t know what happened to the fairwood McDonald’s. I moved away from the area for 10+ years, and just came back. There was an obvious change in ownership and it’s gone way downhill. Food consistency is fine like most other McDonald’s, but cleanliness and service is the worst I’ve seen from any McDonald’s, even when we’re the first customers to walk in the dining area in the morning. Seriously, dirty table tops right when they open? McDonald’s corp, if you’re listening, you need to check in on this franchisee, it’s an embarrassment to the fairwood neighborhood.
