I don’t know what is going on at this location. Every single time I come, the drive through takes 30 minutes at least and then the food is cold and old or just wrong. Tonight I saw that they had both lanes open and it looked like it was moving at a reasonable pace so I thought I’d give it one more shot. I thought since it was busy the food would be fresher. I was wrong. Still took 20 minutes to get through the line and the food was awful! Fries were obviously way too old to serve and had been under. A heat lamp for probably hours. The cheeseburger was cold and tasted off. I will never go again.

No one was wearing gloves or hair nets. I told them they didn’t get my order right on the screen but they told me to pay anyways at the first window and then at the second window they sent me to wait in the parking lot still not knowing whether my order is right. It was just weird. Order was right and food was ok but the drive through and lack of gloves grossed me out.

Second time I had to ask for a refund as I had been waiting 15 min for a simple sausage egg muffin meal and left the store as that’s way too long to quit for that. Store either needs more employees or better management as the drive-thru seems to move along just fine, but customers inside have to a wait over 15 min to get their orders

So twice now I get to the window and they ask me to pull around front for my food the first time I sat for 20min ended up having to go inside then today I sat for 15min before someone came out and I said why did I wait 15min for 2 chicken breakfast sandwiches oh cuz someone gave my food out I guess and the best part is that both times they got my order wrong!
