We ordered a Deluxe McChicken and a Big Mac with a large fries. I loved this version of McChicken! The sandwich may cost a little more but it’s a bigger piece of chicken, has both lettuce and tomato, and an upgraded bun. The Big Mac is consistently the same since it was introduced in 1967 and the French Fries are a McDonald’s standard. If you’ve seen my reviews of other locations, lately have been disappointed in the fries. I was pleasantly surprised that these were hot and crisp on the outside like expected. The team at this location does a great job considering the drive thru is always busy.

Just off the 5:35 AM ferry from San Juan Island stopped by for coffee and 1 sausage muffin with egg. Driving off and discover l received a different order. Luckily I had the receipt. Had to go back in to get my order. And the coffee was the worst ever! So disappointed. A good reminder why l do not usually stop at McDonald’s.

Absolutely dreadful experience. I was in town for work for the weekend and came through the drive thru for lunch on Friday. I ordered a Deluxe chicken sandwich w/ cheese and it came out with Buns, a patty, and 2 pickle slices. I’m pretty sure that isn’t even close to a Deluxe. They also forgot my 10 piece nuggets but gave me the dips for them… I basically had to go back in twice, once for my nuggets and once for literally ANYTHING to put on my chicken sandwich and I could only find Ketchup and didn’t feel like waiting in line just to get mayonnaise or anything else. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of accuracy here and I definitely won’t be back. Thank goodness I don’t live in this area so I won’t have to worry about going through this horrible experience again.

The only reason I’m giving three stars and not 1 or 2 is because the lady at the 2nd window had great customer service. The lady at the 1st window lacked customer service. She took my order and stopped in the process of taking it and then ignored us to deal with a customer at the window instead of finishing with our order or asking us to hold on a minute. She was gone for a long time. I had to ask if she was still there several times before she answered. I was extremely annoyed and found that to be rude.
