Not impressed. Must duck to work here. You think it wouldn’t be so difficult to make stuff a normal size we feel like we were shorted on both the cone and our smoothie come on people. We expect better. Pay your workers enough to care and have some pride in their work.

Whoever was working tonight did an excellent job. We ordered ahead on mobile, the lobby was closed due to lack of staff and we weren’t accustomed to picking up through the drivethrough so we weren’t very prepared but the staff were able to figure it out for us. Everything was correct and we were given the best fries we’ve ever gotten from them. And I’ve even worked at 2 different locations! The people on staff tonight were amazing. Unfortunately I do not know their names.

Came here today with my elderly neighbour for burgers and iced mochas. We got helped by a really nice blonde employee. (I’d do a shout out to her but I didn’t get her name). The space was colourful with fun decor and very clean and peaceful. The food was warm and delicious as it always is at this location and the iced mochas we’re on point but what really makes this place is the wonderful employees and the fun space. Also a small thing but bonus for the light up table 😉

I stopped by for the big breakfast with hotcakes. The butter was frozen and unspreadable, the biscuits cold and stale, the eggs half as big as elsewhere. The McDonald’s across town does it better with soft spreadable butter, fresh hot biscuits, and a nice amount of eggs.

Well Siblings, I can say that should you have a dog that you have walking along side you often enough that you are certain would be with you on a ‘leg carrying’ mission to McDonald’s, well, this particular Mickie D’s & its employees are great at helping others & their pets with “pup cups”. Normally I enjoy this mcdonalds. I would get this basically daily for a few years straight. Always the same order. Today, however, I used the drive thru, and the lady was busy goofing off with her coworkers in the background. I had to repeat my order 3 separate times, and she still repeated it wrong. Ontop of that, she was displaying orders on the wrong screen. So I saw my order in the first drive thru lane while I was in the 2nd lane.

Wth. Ordered online. Waited in line at the drive thru just for them to tell me they can’t accept online orders and only cash. So I waited 30 minutes and left hungry and angry. So dumb. Second time something like this has happened here. Never going back, fix your stupid system so you’re not wasting people’s time and money.

Very rude service. Firstly. After ordering my food the total said $8.49 and at the window it became $11.61. I explained this very politely to the lady working and I said “is this right?” She said yup. I said ”ok but at the screen it said $8.49”. She said nothing, I said “isn’t it supposed to be around $8.49 then?”. “Nope”. Then I asked for my receipt from a guy and he said “ugh fine” got it for me, then walked away without saying anything.
