Burned food. Worker said because they are so understaffed that the oil is not being changed frequently. I was disgusted. They asked if I wanted it remade I said um no. ‍♀️ My boyfriend was so hungry he actually took a bite and ended up having stomach cramps and diarrhea. I threw away my kids happy meal. Please do not eat here. Food worker did not look like they kept up with hygiene very much. If I could give 0 stars this place definitely deserves it. I came in at 3:15pm (not rush hour). My order was taken. I pulled up paid and pulled forward for my food pickup. I was told the ice cream machine was “down”, even though the APP says the machine is functioning fine. Then the young lady (pleasant enough) asked me to pull forward to wait for my food (I’m behind 2 other vehicles now). Been waiting 10 minutes. How long does McDonald’s need to get an average order (2 cheeseburgers, fries, coke and a shake) completed? Holy hell. Do better. Please.

I stopped in after work because I had time to kill. It’s a pretty busy location and there were quite a few dine in guests. There lobby was clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was able to sit down and eat and I wasn’t rushed or bothered about how long I had sat there. The food was hot, my order was correct, and fast as well.

Food is as expected. The people are decent. It’s a busy location with a lot of in and out and unique people. The inside could be cleaner. The inside was cold and the big play area was FREEZING. They said there’s no heat in there and this mid July and it still felt like the inside of a freezer. Not pleasant to be inside at all.
